Green Peak Properties, PLLC is a boutique real estate brokerage and white glove rental management company based in Stowe, Vermont. We focus on marketing and maintaining our clients' assets to ensure the maximum return on their investment for the long term.

Grant Wieler
Broker & Manager
Grant obtained his Realtor® license in 2014 and has since worked through every aspect of the business. Earning his Broker's license in 2022, he brings a particular focus on resort properties and residential real estate sales and marketing across Northern Vermont.
Growing up, Grant worked alongside his father on their historic home and real estate investments — he's no stranger to getting up on a roof to break ice dams or running out to patch a section of drywall. That hands-on foundation drives his approach to both property management and real estate today.
Grant resides in Morristown with his wife and two children and is deeply committed to his community. Whether helping clients find the perfect home or actively participating in local events and organizations, he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to his clients' success.
Kristen Rosfeld
Operations
Having lived in Stowe, Vermont, for more than 15 years, Kristen offers an in-depth knowledge of the area to her clients. Her passion for helping others discover the beauty of Vermont led her to real estate, where she brings an eye for design, detail, and a genuine commitment to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Kristen plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of Green Peak Properties — coordinating turnovers, managing guest communications, and ensuring every property meets the high standards our clients and guests expect.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and energetic Australian Shepherd, gardening, and hiking the scenic Green Mountains of Vermont.
